SUNPACK Attended 2026 South China International Corrugated Exhibition

From April 15 to 17, the 2026 South China International Corrugated Exhibition concluded successfully at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. SUNPACK showcased core packaging equipment including double-head strapping machine, fully automatic pallet strapping machine and pallet wrapping machine drawing wide attention from industry visitors.

The SUNPACK XT-HSD-02 series is a reliable, pure electrical high-speed automatic strapping machine that needs no compressed air, simplifying setup and eliminating air-related maintenance. It features inline parallel strapping with two movable sealing heads and ultrasonic welding for non-stop changeovers. An automatic teaching system quickly adapts to new carton sizes, while 5-side squaring (on the 1600 model) ensures neatly aligned bundles, with 1- or 2-strap options adjustable via touchscreen controls.

Easy-access strap reloading buttons minimize downtime.Built for long-term stability, the machine uses premium components: Schneider PLC and HMI, Schneider servo motors, SEW AC motors, Siemens sensors, and an MW power supply. It also supports adjustable table height and seamless integration with upstream/downstream conveyors, making it a robust, low-maintenance solution for high-volume packaging lines.

SUNPACK fully automatic end of line packaging system integrates strapping and wrapping in one line.With unique design, it can strap pallets from the bottom with 2 forks at the same time. It realizes integrated bundling and wrapping with uniform and strong tension, effectively avoiding carton collapse and loose stacking.
