2025 China Women Enterpreneurs 50 Forum

On August 1, the “2025 China Women Entrepreneurs 50 Forum and the Third Season Theme Report of ‘Creative Blossom'” was held in Hangzhou, organized by the China Association of Small and Medium Commercial Enterprises and hosted by Fabao Law. The forum brought together entrepreneurs, experts, scholars, and industry leaders to discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by female entrepreneurs in the new economic landscape, with a focus on aligning women’s entrepreneurial strength with the nation’s high-quality development.

Lin Weiwei, General Manager of Shanghai Zhaotian and Executive President of the Blazing Youth Federation, was invited to attend and participated in the roundtable dialogue session. She shared insights on the challenges, opportunities, and breakthroughs in women’s entrepreneurship.

As women’s influence in the business sector continues to grow, the proportion of female entrepreneurs is gradually increasing. They bring unique perspectives and advantages, injecting new vitality into the market. However, female entrepreneurs still face distinct challenges in areas such as resource access, social support, and industry competition. These challenges include difficulties in fundraising, social biases, and industry barriers, necessitating greater attention and support from society.

The successful hosting of this forum not only provided a high-level platform for female entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, share experiences, and connect resources but also vividly demonstrated the indispensable and powerful role of women in driving economic innovation and promoting social progress.

As a brand event dedicated to empowering the ecosystem of women’s entrepreneurship, the influence and cohesion of the “Creative Blossom” forum are growing year by year. Attendees generally agreed that, with the continuous optimization of policy environments, increasing social attention, and the relentless efforts of female entrepreneurs themselves, women’s entrepreneurship in China is entering a critical period of development. It is poised to contribute more wisdom and vitality to the modernization of China.
