2026 Sunpack-Syspex Indonesia Training Visit

From Mar 10-11, 2026，our technical team delivered specialized training on the XT-HSD-02 dual-head strapping machine to our partner Syspex in Indonesia, We also exchanged Year of the Horse gifts and extended New Year wishes to each other.

The training covered equipment operation, parameter settings, key features, as well as machine maintenance and daily care to ensure stable long-term performance and independent aftercare.

Pure electric operation with no air supply required, supported by Schneider PLC & HMI for stable and efficient performance.  

Inline parallel strapping with two electric sealing heads, delivering a maximum speed of up to 27 bundles per minute.

Automatic dimension teaching system and 4-side squaring function, paired with ultrasonic non-stop strap changeover.

The XT-HSD-02 series offers 1300/1600 models, accommodating cartons up to 1600mm in length and as low as 50mm in height, covering full-range corrugated packaging needs with a compact design for easy line integration.

Sunpack XT-HSD-02: Auto size detection, 5-side squaring, easy strap threading, 1/2 strap selection, plus dual-strap non-stop production, wireless remote control, powered adjustment, and low strap alert .
