Xutian have announced further agreement with Atlanta, Italy to begin building the fully automatic MYTHO-A pallet stretch wrapper, complete with automatic top sheet placing unit.
This unit is unique in both its patented sealed for life lifting mechanisms and its capability to ship in one piece. As a result it has been in great demand since its first introduction in Europe three years ago. The first "no installation" automatic wrapper, just plug and play!
Available at very competitive prices, this model combines well with a fully auto palletisers or with roller conveyors for automated central wrapping operations.
The Mytho A has the very latest film pre-stretching technology, with two carriages offering fixed to electronically variable pre-stretch up to 400%. Its unique two stage stretching process ensure greater accuracy, reduced slip and less neck down, thus using up to 15% less film than any competitive solution.
Built to a high specification with several new features, the MYTHO-A will meet arduous production demands due to its specially constructed turntable support and direct drive mechanism and has already been proven very reliable in its operation. Over 2000 kgs loads can be handled in standard format.
The top sheet dispenser is also unique in its design and operation, using less space and running with thinner and therefore cheaper films than any alternative.
Xutian believe there will be an immediate demand for this model in China because at this time there is nothing else presently available with which it can be compared. Once again, prices will be competitive and Distributors will be trained to provide advice and technical support.
